Eleven Fourteen is a person-centered support service dedicated to working with adults with developmental disabilities. Our goal is to support individuals in building independence, confidence, and life skills while honoring who they are as individuals. We believe support should be both compassionate and practical. Our services focus on daily living skills, vocational readiness, self-advocacy, and community involvement. We work at each person’s pace, providing consistent guidance, encouragement, and structure to help them reach their personal goals. We value respect, dignity, and collaboration. By working closely with individuals, their families, and Regional Center teams, we create supportive environments where growth feels achievable and independence is their new normal. We are committed to empowering the people we serve to live meaningful, fulfilling lives.
